Special Christmas cards marathon make!

I've come back to edit this post - just in case any family members should be visiting my blog - please look away NOW!!

I wanted to make something a little different for the 'special' family cards, so I started to prepare these a couple of evenings ago and finished most of them yesterday.

The base cards are Kanban tent cards, ready scored, so they only needed to be folded and stuck. I've noticed from the photos that a few of them needed trimming a little on the edge - amazing what you pick up after you think you've finished the cards.

I've used a mixture of papers, mainly from Webster's collection combo pack 'waiting for Santa' & 'sweet season', with some 'Father Christmas' papers from pinkpaislee and a few Basic Grey pieces here and there. If you'd like to get your hands on some Webster's papers for yourself, then why not go over to my Christmas challenge blog and take part in the candy draw to win 18 Webster's papers - you never know, you might be the lucky one to be randomly drawn after it closes at midnight on 23 December - details of how to enter are here.

On quite a few of the cards I've used Forever Friends 3D stickers and various other bits lurking in my Christmas stash.

For each card I stamped a greeting and, in most cases, a relative, using PM stamps - heat embossing with either detail gold, silver or red. On each card I've lined the inside of the front piece with paper matching the outside piece and will put a piece of white or cream card on this with our written greeting.

These are for the following challenges (apologies that I've posted them all together, but couldn't face doing individual posts):
