Happy birthday deer daughter

I've shown a few cards yesterday/today ... it looks as if I've been busy crafting, but I have to say that I've done nothing atm - the cards I'm showing were made in recent weeks, but I've had no time to show them.

So, here is another commissioned card for a daughter who loves deer, hence the sparkly glittered deer from The Works bottom left.Everything else was from Kanban kits, except the background striped paper which was part of an 8 x 8 scrapbook kit.

Strange quirk of the photo - the happy birthday panel looks blue as opposed to the brown of the rest of the card ... but it was brown as well ... can't take another photo because the card has gone.

Ruby wedding anniversary

A commissioned ruby wedding anniversary card, using an embossing folder to create the background with red mirror card, and another folder to create the embossing on the matt silver card. The red and white flowers with hessian and pearl centres were from Poundland some time ago and the sentiment panel, numeral square and hearts from stash.

Birthday wine and cakes

This is a commissioned card for a daughter who loves cakes and wine. Background card is Hunkydory with some Kanban trim and a couple of Hunkydory toppers and Kanban sentiment pieces. The die cut was made using silver mirror card overlaid on some maroon card using the Personal Impressions cut and emboss wine glass celebration with flower die.

21st birthday for a gardener

Diamond wedding anniversary

This was a commissioned card using two different Kanban background silver foiled pieces of card. The greeting 'To my dear Sister and Brother-in-law' was printed from computer using a 'glossy paper' setting, so allow time to pour on silver embossing powder and heat. The Diamond anniversary panel was rescued from an old card. The lovely glittery sequined  adornment of leaves is something I purchased a while ago from a craft fair - on a material background. The heart sticker and numerals from stash.

CHNC challenge 387

This is my card for my CHNC challenge 387 - please click on the link to find out what it's all about and I hope you'll be able to join in with your Christmas designs - anything goes as long as it's Christmas with the optional theme of 'use some silver'.

The whole of my card is silver with white. The background is from Kanban, the panel on the left is upcycled from a card received, matted on to an offcut of mirror card embossed with a folder, with the addition of the three 3D snowflakes from The Works.

Unfortunately, the photo doesn't show all the silver in it's shining glory, but it is all there!

Stepper card

This is a commissioned card I was asked to make for a granddaughter who is artistic - I hope it hits the spot!

The background on the left and the pieces across the bottom are offcuts from some Paris Nights 12 x 12 papers. The one under the lefthand topper is flocked ... lovely touchy feely. I can't remember where the toppers came from ... I've had them a long time - they had to be fussy cut. Other papers are offcuts from double sided paper by American Crafts called the colour of memories, with the addition of two glittered stars from Hobbycraft.

It's been a long time since I showed any crafting that isn't for my weekly Christmas or monthly Patterned Paper challenges. I'm still crafting when asked to do commissions, but have had to cut back generally because of John needing more of my time. I've also been trying to really sort out my craft stuff and label so that I can find the right things without having to hunt for them ... I'm still doing it ... one day soon, it will be done and I'll feel happier knowing it's all in order ... I like to be organised, so it does bother me a bit ...
