The background paper on to a hot pink card blank is hot pink and silver foiled from the Hunkydory Marvellous mirri pad stunning stripes. The banner and birthday greeting in white and silver foiling is from Craftwork Cards and flowers from Hobbycraft.

This card follows the sketch for Try stampin' - or not - on Tuesday 374, with the option of 'anchors away':

The background paper is from a magazine freebie and the toppers from an old unknown kit, with the addition of the little rubber flip flops and the little sailing boat embellishment. The Happy Holidays sentiment were generated on my dymo letratag with clear tape.

This card is based on the sketch for Atlantic 275:

I altered an envelope, using half of the outside and half of the inside (from one of the boxed sets I bought from TK Maxx), mounting the silver printed quote and flowers with pearls from The Works. The sentiment stamp at the top is by Dovecraft, inked with Stazon jet black.

This card is based on one of the sketches given for Sweet sketch Wednesday 2 142:

All papers are from my offcuts box + snippets of the decorated ribbon from Poundland and an upcycled bow. The Penny Black hedge word stamp was inked with memento tuxedo black and coloured with spectrum noir pens and mounted on to an offcut of red mirror card.

Cake plant

This card follows the sketch for Sunday Stamps 184:

All four papers are offcuts from the Hot off the Press collection from long ago. The image was stamped with Stampotique Janet Klein 'cake plant' inked with memento tuxedo black and coloured with spectrum noir and copic pens.

Sending birthday wishes just for you

I used a cream/ivory card blank. The embossed panel was upcycled from an old card, with the addition of the Hobbycraft flowers, sentiment and the garden oval, which are edges with gold foiling (although it looks more like black here). A couple of strips of gold trim bordered the embossed panel (the piece on the right wasn't long enough, but covered the bits either side of the oval.

Relax ... it's your Birthday

Another 8  x 8 card using some paper from Daphne's Diary with a Papermania Floral border, using some of the elements left over from the floral border to decorate , with the addition of the computer generate/printed sentiment mounted on to a snippet of gold pearlescent card.

Thinking of you

For this 8  x 8 card I've used some paper from Daphne's Diary with a Papermania Floral border and a stamped sentiment on to a snippet of Anna Griffin paper with a Dovecraft stamp inked with Stazon jet black, using some of the elements left over from the floral border to decorate and add a butterfly at the top left hand corner.

Happy birthday

This is similar to some previous cards - another request by a retired SA officer to make a card for a colleague.  This time, in addition to the digital picture created of the bible and lady's hat and the one with the flag, I was asked to include a silver car. The background paper is from the Crafter's Companion Downton Abbey collection, with an offcut piece of Kanban sentiment card.

This is my card for my CHNC challenge 397 -  please click on the link to find out what it's all about and I hope you'll be able to join in with your Christmas designs - anything goes as long as it's Christmas with the optional theme of 'for a man or a boy'

I used an offcut made with some turquoise mirror card running through the todo with the lovely Embossalicious star of wonder embossing folder, layered on to a background of red holographic star card, with grosgrain ribbon, A Holly Jolly Christmas foam sticker stockings, a Snow cool Season's Greetings and some foam snowflake 3D stickers from The Works.
