This was a commissioned 8 x 8 card, layering various papers from The Paper Boutique, stamping the sentiment on to the middle paper using Stazon Midnight blue ink pad, also using this to add some random colour to the white flowers from Hobbycraft, with the addition of the delicate green butterflies and the blue gems.

CHNC challenge 472

This is my design cards for my CHNC challenge 472 -  please click on the link to find out what it's all about and I hope you'll be able to join in with your Christmas designs - anything goes as long as it's Christmas with the optional theme of 'feature a creature' any animal.

For my card I used an embossed background card blank, brushing with distress ink. The panel of brown mirror card is an offcut from a larger piece using an Embossalicious star of wonder embossing folder. The sentiment panel was upcycled from an old card received. The lovely little felt dog with bought some time ago from The Works.

CHNC challenge 467

These are my design cards for my CHNC challenge 467 -  please click on the link to find out what it's all about and I hope you'll be able to join in with your Christmas designs - anything goes as long as it's Christmas with the optional theme of 'quick and easy'.

My cards were made to sell as a pack of five at our McMillan coffee morning at the end of September. The toppers were from Lili of the valley ... bought long agao. These were mounted on to green mirror card and then on to white card blanks with the addition of peel off greetings (I don't often use these nowadays, but they come in handy when making quick and easy cards.
