I was asked to make a card for someone in the Salvation Army, using a picture of the flat, of a lady's hat and the Bible. I've made quite a few of similar ones before commissioned by the retired Salvation Army officers. The backing paper is an offcut from a 12 x 12 Kay & Co paper.

CHNC challenge 537
This is my design card for my CHNC challenge 537 - please click on the link to find out what it's all about and I hope you'll be able to join in with your Christmas designs - anything goes as long as it's Christmas with the optional theme of 'snowman or woman or family'.
For my card I used a piece of Love to Craft Festive fun paper. The little square toppers were made by inking a Docrafts Whispers set of three stamps with memento tuxedo black and adding dots of liquid pearls white, with a little colouring on the snowman using spectrum noir pens. The squares were added to offcuts of holographic card with stars and silver glittered snowflakes from Italian Options were added randomly.

90th birthday
I was commissioned to make a card for a 90th birthday and I needed to make one for me to send. For the first card I've used Lisa Horton's roses embossing folder and outline die on both cards. I brushed the background and the die cut rose with distress oxide ink . The stamped sentiment was inked with memento cottage ivy and stamped on to a piece of paper that came with Lisa's magazine, cutting again with the green mirror background, both from her Double layered sentiments set (I needed to get this done quickly so I confess I took it off the card I showed here ... I'll have to do something about the gap it's left there!) - this is for Stinkin' inkers April: recycle/reuse.
I added the numerals on both cards.
You're a star
This is a commissioned card for a special nephew's birthday using the same kind of design that I used for my stepson's birthday card recently, using a green background this time.

Diamond wedding anniversary
This was a commissioned card for a Diamond wedding anniversary using the lovely padded quilt embossing order by Lisa Horton using silver holographic mirror card matted on to satin silver card. The two magnolia flowers were cut from another of Lisa's embossing folders (magnolia) and fussy cut out, adding the two silver sentiment panels and the 60 numerals.
This was such a shiny card, so difficult to get a good photo and I needed to give it quite quickly, so this is the best I could do.

Another Easter card
Another Easter card with a left-over piece of the chicks paper matted on to an offcut of the pink gingham paper with another of those toppers I've had for some time and a Kanban Happy Easter.

Juggling eggs
This is the Easter card I made to send to my newest granddaughter who will be one this month ... born in lockdown last year ... I've seen her a lot on video calls, but still not actually been able to visit and see her ... hope it won't be too long.
I've had the background paper in my Easter box for some time and can't remember where it came from, but it went so well with the eggs on the stamped image with the delightful rabbit - the Penny Black's juggling eggs stamp by Margaret Sherry inked with memento tuxedo black and coloured with spectrum noir pencils Before stamping I had printed the Happy Easter Phoenix to fit the Kanban frame.

30th birthday
I was asked to make a card for a daughter's 30th birthday, with the interests of Arsenal football, Wales rugby and anything to do with media.
I used a free background across the middle, adding the rugby and Arsenal logos digitally and then added the film strips, adding the text and when printed out I added the 3D camera stickers and the numerals. I used a side opening A5 card blank.

For my card I used Crafter's Companion Gemini Create-a-card interchangeable star frame dies. The main die cuts out with a space for the star die of choice to be added ...there are three different middle dies to change the wording, cut with a piece of dark blue mirror card and matted on to silver mirror card.
