I mounted the background paper on a black linen card and stamped PB brimming with love on to the circle, colouring with copics, so this is for Penny Black Saturday challenge 148 'happily ever after' and also for Penny Black at Allsorts April challenge 'black and white plus one'.The 'love' sentiment is a Carolee's creations sticker. The red and white dotty paper is BG june bug, which is good for:

The large hearts are felt and the smaller corner ones are satin.
