So this card is for the DCM dare, for which I've used the sketch for Saturday sketch 167, which is being sponsored by Art Journey:

I've used some Kanban decoupage for the poppy - this is glittered and I coloured with copics. I put some magic mesh (have re-discovered this recently) behind the glittered ribbon, added the little white bows with pearls, the glittered sentiment and the buttons.I love patterned papers and tend to use them a lot in my cardmaking, but recently I seem to be making quite a few cards without it, which is quite a change - and this is another one.
The photo isn't very good - believe it or not (and I'm not complaining) the sunshine today is so bright!
