I do like to be beside the seaside

Some time ago I got a Delicious Doodles digital image of beach huts, but this is the first time I've used it. As this is sold by Stitchy Bear, I'm entering this into One stitch at a time 75: anything goes.

I digitally cut out the clouds in the original digi - this is for Bee crafty August 35: cropping & chopping images - and then printed directly on to a 'British beach' paper by Shan Lawrence and litly coloured the doors and roofs of the huts and the grassy patches in the sand. I mounted this on to the cloud paper and added a bit of torn sea at the bottom.

    Fabulous! Love the beach huts - reminds me of being beside the sea at The Witterings - except that there we have pebbles not sand!! This is a super card. Thanks for joining us at St Luke's Charity Card Challenge. Hope to see you again next month.

    Hazel, you've done it again - this is wonderful! Perfect for our seaside, beachy challenge over at Opus Gluei, and I thank you for sharing it with us. I agree with the previous poster about printing it on the cloud paper - it really makes it look wonderful!

    You have put so much work into digitally altering this scene to suit you. How pretty it is and the colouring is perfect.
    How nice to see something "different" pop up now and again. I saw your pretty scene on the Make it Monday blog and popped over to take a better look.

    This digi is delightful, and amazing.. I thought you painted this and was just awestruck! Then to see it was a digi... wow! You colored it in so well... I am very impressed.
