It's also for CAS-ual Fridays 18, which asks for a CAS project inspired by a book (I chose 'Anniversary: the love story' by Michael Adamse), and use the colours black, white and red. This challenge is being sponsored by Paper and such. The colours are also for the play date cafe 97: black and white with a splash of red.
The papers were from my scraps box (the narrow strip was actually recycled from some packaging - for Cheerful stamp pad 25: let's reuse), the red gems are from Poundland and the sentiment is Craftime. I coloured a chipboard heart with lipstick red copic, stamped using an Anna Griffin lace stamp and triple embossed with UTEE, raised up with a foam pad between the gems so that it lies flat.
Great card! Thanks for playing with us at *The Cheerful Stamp Pad*! Valerie
