Suzie's 365 photos day 176: pleasure

I wondered what to show for Suzie's day 176: pleasure - I thought of our grandchildren, of various more trivial pleasures in life like dark chocolate, of the pleasure I have in crafting and all the goodies that go with it ... and then I thought of our recent holiday in Eastbourne and the photo I took of the pier - I found this description of it: 'Eastbourne Pier is a seaside pleasure pier on the South coast of England', so here is my photo for 'pleasure':

And, yes, the sky really was that blue - we were so fortunate to have some good weather while we were there ... pity it then went downhill - we need our summer back NOW!

  7. Lovely photo- it does look like a lovely place. One of my friends posted a photo from Minehead today and the sky was the same fabulous blue. We've just had grey for ages!

  8. Now you know what our part of the country is like! we often get blue skies like that. Had skies this morning all blue, but now there are a few clouds and a sea breeze again!
