Wednesday has come round again with amazing speed, although actually perhaps this last week has seemed a bit longer because some days have been quite fraught - enough of that! So it's time for WOYWW 159 (don't know what I'm talking about? Click on the link, find out and join in!).
It's no secret that most of the time I like to be organised and so I tend to show my workspace that reflects that - it's just the way I am. But today, you can see that in between the tidying up I do get in a mess, so, without further ado, here is my space that I've woken up to this morning:
Having admitted that I like everything organised, I admit that I'll clear this up soon so that I have a clear workspace to craft in.
Apologies if I didn't get to you last week - I tried my best, but 'real life' did get in the way! I actually started last week at 101 and went forwards, intending to get back to the earlier numbers later, but it didn't happen in the end.
Thanks to all who take the time to visit and leave me comments - it is much appreciated.

Great space. And, even though messy people like me believe mess is the only true way, you should never apologise for being tidy. Remember, the rest of us wish we were like you!
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing us your desk and for visiting me earlier.
Happy WOYWW,
cheers, rachel #19
Your mess is my neat, so don't rush to clean up. You have so many stamps all neatly placed on those shelves, looks great.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Von #28
Hazel - even with some crafting going on, you can still see how wonderfully tidy and organised your craft room is. I love the shelves of stamps - looks like the shop I used to work in! Happy WOYWW. Ali x #61
ReplyDeleteHi Hazel we love that you can share your messy moments with us! Have you been making ATCs I wonder?
ReplyDeleteHugs from Helen 107
P.S. Please pop to see Angenita (89) as she could do with a WOYWW hug today (pass it on)
Fab photos of your room, nice to see a little bit of clutter for a change but it still looks relatively tidy to me.
ReplyDeleteSorry if things have not been that good - hope it all improves.
Thanks for sharing - Sending BIG Hugs, Neet #21 xx
Hi Hazel, I just love your space, I so wish I could be as tidy and organised as you, even messy looks good on your desk as everything above is immaculate. Hope life treats you better over the next week so that you can have fun in your lovely craft room. Crafty hugs, Anne x #43
ReplyDeleteHazel, I usually like my work space to be uber organised too but alas today mine is also messy :o( Never mind eh it will soon be tidied and the best part about getting in a mess is the organisation afterwards!! YIPEE!!
ReplyDeleteTidy is GOOD - I just don't have the drive to do it. But you should keep it clean if it makes you happy. Me, I work on 4 square inches of space, or on the floor, or on a tray table and curse my chaotic tendencies :)
ReplyDeleteHope things get better. Have a great WOYWW

Your space always looks so nice, thanks for the tips on organizing challenges, maybe I will try that. Barb
ReplyDeleteWhat a great space Hazel! My favorite part (besides the stamps?) That AMAZING stack on the left! My kind of organization - build a beanstalk made of paper - lol!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day as you

P.S. Love your Cherry Blossom ATC in the previous post (WordPress allows me to "peek" at blogs before I visit and it caught my eye when I was reading your comments! Would love for you to share your art at Inspire Me Monday! :-)
Great Space Hazel. I love your card tower. Enjoy your day. Hugs Rita 46 XX
ReplyDeleteYou're still so organized despite the little mess! I am spread out over a few tables because I can't seem to get my act together at this moment!
ReplyDeleteI like your workspace! I really like how you have shelves above your desk for stamps! I never thought about storing mine that way. I tend to keep mine in art bins labeled by themes so I can take them with me when I go to classes or crops. I also like how you have your markers. I really like the window too. I prefer natural lighting! The more windows the better! I see lots of creative potential in this space...messy or not :) Valerie #55
ReplyDeleteI agree that Wednesdays seem to be happening faster and faster :)
ReplyDeleteI am the same way about organization. I just work better if I am organized. :)
Love all of your wonderfully colorful pens and markers! :)
Mary Jo #123
nice to meet another tidy crafter,i like you need to clear up after something ready for the next time :)
ReplyDeletethanks for visiting me
have a fab crafty week
kay #63
Here I am another tidy crafter. I make an absolute tip across the 4 desks that I have when I craft, but I can't leave it like that I always have to tidy up before I begin again. I constantly create my own visious circle lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit to my desk Amanda J @76 x
Oh Hazel, that’s so not like you to be in a mess, it’s a wonder you can find anything on that desk of yours.
ReplyDeleteI seem to have more trouble when I am tidy because I forget where I’ve put things, Lol!
Happy Crafting!

Tidy, messy, doesn't matter as long as it suits you. I switch from one to the other every couple of days. Yesterday, when I did my WOYWW post it was a total mess - today, nothing on it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting earlier - only just back from a day out in the sunshine.

ReplyDeleteHelen xx
Hazel, I just realized that I'm not a follower so I have signed up to follow your blog. I love your space and those shelves are amazing!
ReplyDeleteGlenda 101
I tend to the neat side, too, but sometimes opt to leave things as they are for a WOYWW picture rather than neatening up first. Hope you're having a happy Wednesday. ~ Laura #127 Thanks for popping over to my blog for a visit already! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely creative space Hazel, I;m afraid I;m one of the 'messy' camp though! I sort of tidy up between projects but tend to have an outward spreading 'tide' of bits that don't get put away :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy woyww
Debs #144

Looks an amazing crafty space...so busy yet so organised.
ReplyDeleteI like to be tidy when I'm working but then I only have a few pens and paper, so it's easy!
I can never visit as many desks as I would wish...but I keep trying :D
Have lots of fun ~ Happy WOYWW Neesie #26
Thanks for stopping by Madame Bizarro World! I would love it if my desk were as neat as yours. :D
ReplyDeleteYou and I have the same keyboard and mousie! Cheers and get better!
Nan #162
Wow love how your shelves look. Just makes me want to come over, dive in and play.
ReplyDeleteLeandra
I find it very reassuring that super organised crafters get in a mess sometimes, makes me feel much better for living like that permanently, although I have to admit that even your "mess" is tidier than my desk!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and Happy WOYWW
Hugs Lisax 103
If that's untidy, I'd hate to think what you'd make of my desk at the moment!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat looking space!

Ohhh, you have a lovely branch stamp out there...
ReplyDeleteand those pretty aqua flowers...
Oh my.
Can't wait to see what you create.
Your desktop looks a little out of control, but look at how nice and neat those shelves are! I like all your little miniature milk crate looking basket. What do you keep in them? Your pencil cups full of markers got me thinking of my Copics. I have a lovely case to put them in but there is room to grow in the case so they fall over. Right now I shoved some little boxes in the extra room, but pencil cups....! Then I could group them into color families too. Well, a trip to the office supply store is in my future now. Thank you for that! And I'm sure your desk is all sorted now so you can play. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI wish I was half as organised as you. Love those shelves with your stamps on them!
ReplyDeletesome WONDERFUL stamps!!! LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteto me you have the perfect balance of organized and busy :)
ReplyDeleteand thanks for stopping by and leaving such a lovely comment :)
