CHNC challenge 96: no patterned paper

Christmas is getting ever nearer, so it might be a good time to join in my CHNC challenge 96 which this week has the theme of 'no patterned paper' - make any Christmas card you like, but don't use any patterned paper.

For my card I used an embossing folder to decorate the middle of my card blank and then brushed broken china distress ink over the embossed and surrounds using an inkalicious brush. I added some Paper Cellar silver glitter strips top and bottom, then inked some Wild Rose Studio snowflake stamps with versamark and heat embossed with detail silver powder.

This is a card for day 4 of Kathy's facebook A card a day

I'm sorry that the heat embossing has warped the card a bit so it needs to be flattened, but I didn't have time to do that when preparing this.

This is also for:
