A touch of teal ...

... for this card I've used papers and elements from a Docrafts 'touch of teal' kit that I bought a long time ago - probably four or five years. The card was made from offcuts, one piece being cut with a scalloped nestie and then brushed with black soot distress ink.

The card is based on the January: between the lines sketch on Kathy's waffle sketch file:

Colours are for Daring cardmakers January colour challenge:

This is also for:

A card a day on facebook
Pixie's crafty snippets week 54
Kort o mania 77: potpourri - using up leftovers
Emergency crafters: new year - use something you've had for more than a year (much longer!)
Live & love crafts 7: something old
Corrosive 165: out with the old
Whoopsi Daisy: die cuts and punches
Unstampabelles 19: one or more die cuts

  2. Oooer Hazel, I love this! Great colours and I wouldn't mind a single wall papered like the background :) Fat chance, DH has a hatred of wallpapers - he didn't put THAT on his CV when we met :(

Hugs and hope you've dried out OK, Di xx
