This is my second card for my CHNC challenge 118, which is to base your Christmas card on a carol or song. Once again, I've used paper from the Authentique 'peaceful' collection, stamping directly on to it and colouring with Spectrum Noir. The stamp is one that was kindly supplied by Flonz craft, one of the sponsors of CHNC challenge 118. I also printed the carol - another one that I guess isn't well known - directly on to the paper, with the addition of some glittered green ribbon and some My Mind's Eye 'all is bright' buttons.
This is the carol:
How do you capture the wind on the water?
How do you count all the stars in the sky?
How can you measure the love of a mother,
Or how can you write down a baby's first cry?
Candlelight, angel light, firelight and starglow
Shine on his cradle till breaking of dawn.
Gloria, Gloria in excelsis deo!
Angels are singing the Christ Child is born.
This is also for:
