CHNC challenge extra for March

It's hard to believe that it's already 1 March - which means there's a new monthly challenge on my CHNC challenge extra blog. This is once again being sponsored by Bugaboo Stamp - please hop over and join in if you can - it makes sense to get on with some of those Christmas cards without the end of year rush that can creep up on us.

For my first card for CHNC challenge extra for March I've used 'skates', a Bugaboo image with the addition of a WordArt sentiment using Publisher, matted on to an offcut of red mirror card. The black and red textured mirror card on the left is an offcut from long ago and the white panel (another offcut piece) was embossed with a folder (quite hard to actually see the snowflakes here, unfortunately).

This is for:

  2. Looks great...Just working on a card right now! But it is still Feb 28 here, just before 7 pm!

Thanks for my wonderful card.It was a such a treat to open! I have all my handmade cards on the hutch in my dining room. That is where I can see them when I have my coffee.

I like to sit in the front room (living room as we call them) and have a coffee and watch the Moms walking their kiddies to school.

We also have a park just a few doors further down the street. It has a lovely walking track and you can walk a dog then if it is on a leash.
There is always someone walking past with their dog...heading up there for a walk.

I can sit in my front room this week and see all the activity of the walkers and see my beautiful cards...Thanks so much!
