As it's 1 June, it's time for a new monthly challenge on Christmas cards all year round and today it's all about Christmas angels. Please click on the challenge link to see the lovely designs of others in the team and please get out those Christmas angels supplies and join in. If you do so before next Saturday evening, you could also link your card to the Glory of Christmas challenge 34 where the theme is also 'angels'.
My first design card I printed out the sheet music for Hark! The herald angels sing, stamped with one of my favourite angel stamps inked with versamark and heat embossed with detail gold powder - unfortunately, the photo doesn't show the shine of the embossing. I kept the card simple by just adding the piece of organza ribbon with gems (from Hobbycraft).
I have to confess that I'm cutting corners today with this card because the challenge for today's Christmas Card Club chosen by Sue J is 'nativity scene'. I had been hoping to get a separate card done, but time has defeated me and rather than not submit a card today, I'm adding this one and hope I will be forgiven.
This is also for:
