This new home card was made with the front of a shaped card blank matted on to a piece of green torn paper over cloud paper. If the house card is used as a shaped card it only opens on the very narrow piece at the bottom and isn't really substantial enough, which is why I decided to mount it.
The base of the house was run through an embossing folder and then brushed with fire brick distressed ink, adding some to the chimney and some brown corduroy to the roof. The sentiment was computer generated/printed and brushed lightly with the brown corduroy DI.
