Completely Christmas 58
This is my design card for Completely Christmas 58: anything goes with a twist ... add a touch of gold. Please click on the link to see the lovely crafting of the rest of the team and join in our challenge.
For my card I've used Lacy Sunshine 1920s winter Abby, kindly supplied by the sponsor. I coloured with chameleon pens and used a quickie glue pen and Art Institute fine glitter for the fur. The background on the left was achieved with an offcut of embossed mirror card (using budding vine embossing folder), wrapped with a piece of glittered ribbon, with an offcut of paper on the right. Another piece of mirror card from an offcut box was used to back the image. Flowers were from Hooked on Craft (part of a prize I won a long time ago).
I think I went a bit over the top with all the gold ... the challenge only actually asks for 'a touch of gold' - lol!!
The theme for my CHNC challenge 224 this week is 'add some texture', so I'm showing this card there as well and will be encouraging those who enter there to also enter Completely Christmas 58.
