This is my design card for Let's craft and create 105: use dies or punches . Please click on the link to see the lovely crafting of the rest of the team and join in our challenge.
This is an 8" x 8" card using three punched layers, two of which use K & Company papers left over from a card made previously. I used three different We R Memory Keepers mini 8 punches - don't know why they call them 'mini' because they are actually quite big and can be used on varying sizes of paper up to 12" x 12" - here I used pieces 8", 7" and 6" square. The centre piece was cut from my wedding veil. I kept the veil for over 20 years, but it had been folded up and wasn't in good condition, so I decided to get rid of it, but keep the pieces from the edge. Flowers from Hobbycraft, pearls from Poundland. I think this could be used for any special occasion, perhaps ruby wedding anniversary. It's given me the idea that I could use another piece from the veil to make a card for our silver wedding next year (if we get there).
