Fan-tastic Tuesday challenge 118

  11. I absolutely LOVE this card Hazel, it's gorgeous! Blue and silver is a wonderful colour combination and always looks so elegant. I love the vintage-look of the image you used, and the frame around it finishes it off beautifully. It's gorgeous!
