This is my design card for Suzy Bee's Bloomin' challenge 114:anything goes with a twist ... frosty. Please click on the link to see the lovely designs of others in the team and join in our challenge.
For the background I used three papers from Bugaboo Stamps frosty digi papers layering on the Sparkle n Sprinke 'snow goddess', coloured digitally using Microsoft Paint (Sparkle n Sprinkle are the sponsors for the challenge), adding the mats behind the image and also the greeting panel.
