This is my card for my CHNC challenge 305, which this week is 'anything goes as long as it's Christmas' - please click on the link to see what it's all about, including the lovely prizes to be won by randomly chosen winners ... and I hope to see lots of Christmas creations entered there.
I used a black textured card blank on to which I added a black and gold reindeer that I rescued from a card received last Christmas. I've had the die cut trees for ages and decided to use them, although I realise that they are not in proportion for the size of the reindeer ... but I think anything is possible when crafting (my excuse, anyway). Glittered gold flowers from Hobbycraft and a sentiment die cut that I've had for ages in my Christmas box.
Not a good photo, but couldn't get any better because of the glare from the foiling ... will try to get a better daytime picture.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! Thanks so much for joining us this week at Christmas Card Challenges.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous card, Hazel. My husband would absolutely LOVE this, and he doesn't understand why I never make cards like this. "Guy cards" as he calls them. Everything I create has lace, bows, buttons, and other girly stuff. I've never been good at anything masculine, but I sure could give it a try with a Christmas card. You've sure done an amazing job. I really want to thank you for sharing this awesome card in our challenge, Hazel. I really appreciate your participation, and hope that you will join us again real soon. Have a blessed week.
