The background is some Hunkydory card. The image is Oddball Stamps Penelope (Oddball are one of the sponsors of the challenge), coloured with spectrum noir and cut with a todo cross hatch die, using a larger one for the mat cut from some Papermania paper. Felt hearts, bow and sentiment label from stash.
