I was commissioned to make Halloween birthday cards for twins born on 31 October - now grown up. This is the 8 x 8 card I made for the grandson, using papers, greeting topper and insert from The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful collection.The 3D felt owls and leaves have been in my stash for ages - thought it was about time they were used.
I don't 'do' halloween, but I've made the effort with the commissioned cards once again this year.
I saw some pumpkin decorations recently and thought they would be perfect to put inside the halloween cards - there were two in the pack - they were meant to be put together to make a hanging decoration, but they were ideal for what I wanted, stuck on to the insert so that the pumpkin opened up with the card:
