Not enough candles

This is a card I made and sent earlier in the year for a cousin who is just six months younger than me ... I always tease about age, so I wrote inside that I was sorry there weren't enough candles - lol!

This was made with one of the Dots to Diamonds designs, colouring the candles with spectrum noir and adding the gems. The birthday greeting was stamped inked with Hero Arts ombre.

Inspired by the stripes etc from Paperbabe 99 picture inspiration::

This is for:

Simon says Monday: happy birthday
Dl.ART thankful Thursday 246: birthday
Dragonfly dreams August: no patterned paper
Stinkin' inkers August: some like it hot
Pammie's inky pinkies 1932: anything goes
Colour crazy 31: anything goes
QKR stampede 358: anything goes
Fabrika fantasy 33: anything goes
Love to craft 37: anything goes
Creative moments 174: anything goes
Not just cards August: anything goes
Corrosive 8: anything goes
A bit more time to craft 97: anything goes
A perfect time to craft 8: anything goes
