This was a commissioned birthday card for a 90 year old, named Rose, so I thought, what better than to use roses on the card.
I used one of my favourite stamps by Magenta, inking with memento tuxedo black and colouring with spectrum noir pens. I cut into the four squares and mounting on to a piece of magazine freebie paper. I used another piece to add to the cut off edge of the A5 card, using a Martha Stewart Happy Birthday punch. The sentiment strips were done on my dymo letratag. I added a matching piece of paper inside.

What a great card for someone named Rose! Mounting the stamp after cutting it into quarters really made it into a fabulous focal point. Thanks for joining in with us at Retro Rubber Challenge.
