Birthday puzzles

This was my card for my neighbour friend's 80th birthday yesterday, printing out a Lexulous game as the background and adding the lovely Penny Black hedge-word stamp that had been inked with Versafine onyx black and heat embossed with clear detail powder, with parts of the stamped image coloured with spectrum noir pens and then cut round. The letter tiles came from The Works. The recipient enjoys playing Lexulous, so I thought this might be appropriate.

I wish I could show the shine there is  on the crossword brought about by the heat  embossing:

This is for:

LeAnn's world 101 31: anything goes
QKR stampede 405: anything goes
2 crafty critter crazies 43: anything goes (with an animal)
Crafty animals 43: anything goes

Lemon shortbread 130: anything goes
Polka doodles 40: anything goes
Arty divas 30: anything goes
Classic design 10: anything goes
Love to craft 51: anything goes
Morgan's ArtWorld 10: anything goes
Crafting happiness 69: anything goes
