Creative card crew 35: ribbons and gems (the glittery stars are stick-on gems)
The snowflake paper is Frances Meyer and the foiled strip across the bottom is from a recent Christmas Kanban kit. The ribbon across the bottom is K & Co. I coloured Tilda with copics, glittered her wings with Stickles and highlighted the stars with Sakura silver pen. Silver star gems were added on the corners of the image and the sentiment.
The photo isn't as good as the scan in some respects, but does show the glitz and glitter better:
