... making lots more Christmas cards and still no time to blog them. I've managed to make forty in the last couple of days.
I thought it was about time I stopped and showed some of what I've been doing, so here goes.
Because I've needed to get a lot of cards done in a short time I decided to use a favourite Tin can mail stamp several times. To save time colouring in I stamped with memento cocoa bean on to various Basic Grey papers to give a bit of variation of colour. So I'm submitting these for
Basic grey 59: anything goes.
The first three cards have the image stamped on to BG porcelain, with backgrounds of porcelain and also strips of My Mind's Eye paper:
For the next card the image is stamped on to a piece of BG pyrus and the background is pyrus and a strip of MME paper:
The next two cards feature BG cappella papers and Tim Holtz tissue tape (the second one has some MME paper too):
The image is stamped on to BG Indian summer for the next card and the background paper is DCWV:
BG urban priarie was used for the background of the stamp on the next card - background a mixture of the same star card as above and some more MME paper, with the addition of some Anna Griffin stitched ribbon:
These are also for the following challenges:
Crop stop 49: music is all around us - inspired by 'Hark, the herald angels sing ...'
Lexi 55: untraditional Christmas - no red or green (most of these cards)
