For a sister's 80th birthday
This is a commissioned card made some time ago, but not blogger. for a sister's 80th birthday. I used paper from a decoupage kit I bought some years ago - it has a sheen on it which is lovely. I printed the greeting and quickly poured silver embossing powder to heat, cutting with a todo die and edging with a spectrum noir pen. The lovely organza ribbons with gems and the butterflies were from Hobbycraft. The little decoupaged topper was from another kit from long ago.
This is for:
Butterfly spot 95: letter P - purple, pearls and patterned paper
Alphabet: X for xtra special occasion
Archi-scraps February: use lots of rhinestones or bling

As you like it: favourite way to add a sentiment and why - I like to print on card, die cut/emboss - think it looks professional
