For a footie fan

I was asked to make a simple card for a football fan. The paper is from the Paper Cellar 'men 2' pad and photos are from a bundle I bought yonks ago! As it will be father's day in the UK on Sunday, there are lots of challenges asking for cards for the occasion or general masculine ones. Sadly, my dad died over 10 years ago, so I no longer make a father's day card, but I had some requests recently for male cards, so this is the first of a bunch! I know that quite a lot of crafters don't particularly like making masculine cards, but I do.

For my design card I've used the lovely Scrapper's Delights 'fruity babies strawberry' on the Stitchy Bear site, kindly supplied by the sponsor, adding the sentiment digitally and colouring the image with spectrum noir pens, mounting on to mirror card. The background paper is K & Co Berry sweet (I chose it because it had strawberries on it, but I've covered so much of the paper that you can't actually see any of the strawberries - lol!). Sparkly ribbon and lace from stash.
