CCAYR card 4

This time a couple of pieces of striped paper with spots from my offcuts box, the panel across the top rescued from a Christmas cracker a couple of years ago and some striped and spotted washi tape.

Very similar to the first card, made with an offcut of paper, and some more Kanban trees - the red baubles and stars are actually foiled, but it doesn't show shiny in the photo.
