CHNC challenge 103: Christmas birthday or Anything Christmas

After today's challenge on CHNC there will only be one other before Christmas Day, so this is the chance to get all those last minute cards made or perhaps a Christmas birthday (we have so many of them in our family - hope to be back soon with a card for John for his birthday on 30th).
