Just to say ...

A simple card using an upcycled picture that was matted on to gold mirror card - I love the simplicity (and confess that it didn't involve much crafting), but it was too good to waste.

Full steam ahead ...

A CAS card using a Hunkydory train topper left over from a kit, mounted on to a couple of unknown pieces that were in my offcuts box. The sentiments were computer generated and printed and the edges brushed with brown corduroy distress ink.

New home

This new home card was made with the front of a shaped card blank matted on to a piece of green torn paper over cloud paper. If the house card is used as a shaped card it only opens on the very narrow piece at the bottom and isn't really substantial enough, which is why I decided to mount it.

The base of the house was run through an embossing folder and then brushed with fire brick distressed ink, adding some to the chimney and some brown corduroy to the roof. The sentiment was computer generated/printed and brushed lightly with the brown corduroy DI.
