Serenity prayer

God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference - a prayer of St Francis of Assisi. A CAS card made from Hunydory scorable card, the topper and the flowers. A simple card, but what a profound prayer.

For a dear friend

A commissioned card made this week for a friend's birthday - card opens tent style. Crafter's Companion Downton Abbey paper is added to a grey card blank. The Kanban silver foiled topper is added to a piece of silver card and the sentiments generated on the dymo letratag, both using silver tape.

Relax on your birthday

Two quick and easy cards made recently to boost my supplies. Both cards have ready decorated card blanks. The toppers were mounted on to offcuts, as well as the sentiments. The second card is actually the next layer of decoupage for the topper, but I decided to mount it on to a pearlescent embossed square for a separate card.

The :Lord is my strength and my song

Two different cards with the same scripture verse made a while ago. The first card is decorated with parts of cards from TK Maxx and the front of an envelope on to which I printed the verse, adding the little hessian birds.

This one has a stamped background at the top and, once again, an envelope front with the verse printed, with the addition of the crocheted butterfly.
