CHNC challenge 478

Clean and simple card made with an embossing folder and lovely gold mirror card (the red patches are just camera reflection), with simple sentiment pieces added.

CHNC challenge 477

This is my design card for my CHNC challenge 477 -  please click on the link to find out what it's all about and I hope you'll be able to join in with your Christmas designs - anything goes as long as it's Christmas with the optional theme of  'use some green'.

The background paper with music on it (difficult to see here, but fine irl) from a Love to Craft paper pad from Poundland, was matted on to the green card blank, wrapped with two pieces of striped grosgrain ribbon. The gold foiled green sentiment panel is a Kanban one from a set some years ago. I then added the gold foiled reindeer, the decoupaged white Christmas rose and the couple of glittered holly stickers.

The lovely teddy was rescued from a book from the charity shop, layered on to a piece of paper from my Christmas box with the sentiment added, then matted on to a dark green card blank - quick and easy ... and cute.

This was a commissioned 8 x 8 card, layering various papers from The Paper Boutique, stamping the sentiment on to the middle paper using Stazon Midnight blue ink pad, also using this to add some random colour to the white flowers from Hobbycraft, with the addition of the delicate green butterflies and the blue gems.
