I've used elements from a couple of Kanban concept card kits - mixed and matched - and gold mirror card (which makes a photo very difficult - thankfully, I was able to go outside to get a non-flash photo).

Update: I left the card in an envelope overnight and took it out to take a photo outside - the good news is that the folds are now sitting correctly on the base of the card - so much better.
