Penny's challenge 354


This is my design card for Penny's challenge 354, where the theme is anything goes. Please click on the link to see the lovely designs by the rest of the team and we hope you will join in with your entries.

 I used Sasayaki glitter Lucy's flowers image, kindly supplied by them as one of the sponsors of the challenge. The background paper and the spotted one were in my offcuts box. The image was coloured with spectrum noir pens and cut with a todo crosshatch die. The balloon etc were from Poundland.
