This is my design card for Penny's challenge 363, where the theme is anything goes. Please click on the link to see the lovely designs by the rest of the team and we hope you will join in with your entries.
I used the lovely Bugaboo Stamps sketchy girl birthday kindly supplied by them as one of the sponsors of the challenge.
I coloured the image with spectrum noir pens and die cut using one of the lovely Spellbinder marvelous squares, using a larger one to mat the image. The background paper is an offcut (think it's Bo Bunny, but not sure). The ribbon is from DCWV and hearts from stash.
